Cortana crashing with search? Cortana Trigger related?

Cortana is dumping out to the start screen on my 640XL when I use her to search, seems to have begun after installing the Cortana Triggers app. I uninstalled the app, still happening, hard reset (power and Vol down) no help. Anyone else having the issue?

I?m having the same issues tonight on my 1520 and my wife?s640XL. Cortana search was working fine yesterday, not sure what happened today.I have feeling it?s most likely something with the servers.

Appears to be affecting nearly everyone. I was able to speak to Cortana and it gave me search results. Typing on the other hand causes it to crash when searching.

Yep, not working on my brand new Lumia 950. I'll hold off doing a reset given many people are experiencing the same problem.

I'm experiencing the same. It's been crashing for me very often ever since I got the 950XL, but most of the time it worked on the third or fourth attempt. Today it seems every search crashes Cortana.

I'm hit with bug as well. I just upgraded my Lumia 635 from 8.1, and it initially got bumped to 10586.29. I had bug then. 30 minutes ago, 10586.36 hit my phone. Issue is still there.

Appears to be fixed. At least it's working again for me.
