windows store app update - unable to open store after that

today I checked for apps update and it offered only Store app update, after that, I can't open store anymore, just black screen with upper notification panel (signal, battery, time)

if you mean holding power button until it reboots, I tried that multiple times without result
is there any other soft reset method?

No, the ONLY soft reset is hold volume down + power until screen goes off. Leave buttons, the phone vibrates and restart
