Unknown Caller Issues

So, I got a call earlier from someone who is in my contact list but WP7 identified it is an unknown caller. This was kind of annoying but I thought no problem I'll just add that number to the contact and hopefully it will be fine. However, in my calls log the "unknown number" is greyed out and the only option I have when I tap and hold on it is to delete it... can't even view the actual phone number! I'm a little confused. Anyone having similar problems or got a solution?
