Unable to install apps on SD card.

I just updated my Lumia 1320 with the developer preview app to Windows Phone 8.1

After the update, I changed the settings to install the apps to my SD card.

But when I try installing them, they download to the card and get stuck at the installing state, after a while "Attention required" appears. If I press continue, the cycle repeats.

Is this happening to someone else too???

Only if the developer gives permission to their app to get installed onto the SD card it will be possible. I guess the app which you are trying to install, the developer hasn't enabled this feature. I think this could probably be the cause of the issue you are facing.

I checked if the app is windows 8.1 compatible. They are and yet am not able to install!

Just because an App is compatible with WP8.1 doesn't mean you will be able to install that app on your SD Card!
Its upto the developer! If he allows then only you will be able to install apps on your SD Card!

Go to your "Storage Sense", select all the apps you want to move and you can move by selecting "move" in options.
