Since updating to 8.1, my Yahoo! Mail no longer synchronizes updates. No settings have been changed, and all login credentials are correct and were working as normal prior to 8.1.
 
Mine's working fine since the update, which makes a change as it is prone to issues.
 
I trying to see if it has something to do with being part of a Linked a Inbox. On my iPad, my Yahoo! Mail account is working normally, so it us not a Yahoo server issue.
 
What happens when you delete the account and add it again?

I just unlinked the inboxes, no effect, then deleted and re-added the account. Under settings, email+accounts, it is grayed-out and "synching..." for about the last half-hour.
 
Mine has been working smoothly since installing the update on Monday (knock on wood). It has acted up periodically since I got the phone, though, so who knows if it will keep working? Screws up on my PCs pretty regularly, too, usually reporting that my credentials are wrong when they're not.
 
Mine is still not working and I'm on WP 8 since 8.1 is not out for the 1020 on ATT yet. I'm guessing it is not a 8.1 issue.
 
Mine's not working properly either ... L520 on WP8.0 here
Inbox is fine, but not able to send any mails...starts popping up that credentials are invalid message, until I remove & re-syn.
 
I'm at 19 hours now with not sync. I tried deleting the account and redoing it but that did not work.
 
Do you have another device you can use to access your account to see if it's only your phone or if it's an account problem?
 
happens to me a lot these days. don't know why.especially on wifi. i sync it manually time time to check for new emails. though when on cellular data is almost works as usual.
the email app has gone kinda unreliable in cyan update.
 
Well for anyone still having issues. I deleted my email account again and added it back in use the settings below and it seemed to work
for now.

Nothing has resolved this for me. Yahoo mail tajes hours to synchronize on the a Windows Phine, and is working instantaneously on my iPad. It's becoming very frustrating.
