Launching dual flagships

With the launch of the HTC One for Windows ... I was thinking how Microsoft could do the same thing for the Galaxy line ... when the newest Galaxy drops for Android .. it should drop for Windows at the same time .. .OR Microsoft could have the Galaxy flagship ship first for Windows .. kinda like how it is for xbox and ps one console will have an exclusive for a certian amt of time ... i'm rambling .. in meeting .. lol

welp, how will branding work, will it be called ATIV? or Galaxy, since its technically a Galaxy in hardware, but thats a name for Android phones...

That would be an interesting play considering that the samsung galaxy is touted at the high end android phone.
