Let me preface this with my brief back ground. I worked as a Microsoft representative a few years back where I would delivery training and merchandising to the Best Buy, Office Depot, GameStop etc. I launched Windows 7, Office 2010, Kinect, and Windows Phone Mango. I now work for one of the big 4 cellular companies, technically one of the big 2. The Samsung Focus, Focus S, Lumia 900, Lumia 920, Lumia 1020, and Lumia 1520 have all been owned by me.

Right now I'm growing impatient with the lack of newer higher end Windows Phones. As I stated, I have a 1520. Had it since its launch, loved my 1020 too just wanted a bigger screen. The camera on the 1020 is sorely missed. The built in wireless charging on the 920 is sorely missed. I like the expandable memory on the 1520 because I have 60GBs of music. The Xbox music app is getting better but no where b near as good as the Zune. My 1520 is suffering the fate of the screen over sensitivity issue. Right now I'm stuck. I could get a warranty on my 1520 then I'd have to redo my playlists, I will likely do this anyway. The thing is, I desperately want a true 1020/1520 amalgamation of their strengths, with the expandable memory. The HTCM8 with Windows may become my new work device but still no stellar camera. /rant

Perhaps the 830 might cure
1. Camera woes - its no 1020 but no slouch either
2. Built in wireless charging
3. Expandable memory slot
4. Just the right screen size compared to the 1020

It definitely cannot take care of the Xbox Music App issue though:)

I too, wish to see a new true Windows Phone flagship device, one that isn't arbitrarily limited, with killer features like Qi charging removed due to a particular carrier's recent addition in the PMA alliance.

PMA or Qi is fine, just make a decision on which one is the go to from now on. 830's processor has nothing on the 1520.
