how to add mobile language in branded nokia lumia 820

Hi guys,

i have an interesting issue with windows phone 8.1. I purchased a brand new Lumia 820 in Europe Czech Republic. Although the phone was branded to Spanish carrier Movistar, I had functional Czech layout, display language and region. After i upgraded to WP 8.1, czech was not listed anymore in the initial phone setup! So I used Nokia Software Recovery tool and again, not listed. Afterwards have downloaded the official language pack provided by phone settings, but I cannot change the display language. I have no problem using it in English, but the phone is not primary used by me.

Help me please I am desperate!

You may have to set it up in English, but try to see if Czech is available in the settings panel, because it should. And you can set it up there.

Yeah, Czech is available in settings but with no option to set it up as a main language, just keyboard and region. The actual system language is still English.

really? under "language" in my phone it lets me replace English (US) with other stuff...?
