I keep "losing" contacts: some contacts in outlook.com aren't showing up

Hi all
I save all of my contacts in Outlook account and not on sim card after hard reset my phone only gets some of my contacts but if I open Outlook on my PC all contacts are there. I just don't understand why my phone doesn't retrieve all of them.

Try onto the contacts app in your phone finding if there's some option misconfigured under "Filter contacts" options... Maybe that's the problem... You should try too forcing a sync into the accounts settings..

"Filter contacts" was the first thing I've checked
Forcing Microsoft account to sync helped.

Supposed you did that.. But anyways prefered not to jump over any step that could help... Glad it worked..
