my phone got hanged then i restrt it bt it wont get turned on after thar try of restart howeveer when i now try to restart vibration feels bt i dont get turned on

Is the battery flat?

Try plugging into the official OEM charger and waiting a few hour for it to boot up and start charging normally. Yes, it may take a few hours for the battery to "wake up" again.

Don't push any buttons or switch chargers or do anything to disrupt the process. If it boots it will still show a low battery %. Let it get to 100% before taking it off the charger.

I'd wait 8 hours before giving up on the charger approach.
