Video error

Has anyone had problems viewing purchased video content like tv shows from the video store? I'm on 8.1 and using a Lumia 830. I keep getting "the video failed to play". I've tried downloading to SD card and streaming but neither work.

It was a region issue. All purchased content plays ok now.

Actually issue is partially fixed.... Video will stream but not play after download. WOW, what a poor support community and even worse technical support.... big corporations I tell ya
