Mine randomly shuts off. I know it sounds weird but it usually happens when the phone is in my bag even if I rarely keep it in my bag. Never seen this problem appearing while using the phone..

As noted by others, a soft reset is often required after leaving it on the charger for "too long," which means the wifi is left on. Just recently, I set the wifi to be kept on and set an alarm and, after some time, it required a soft reset. So, some handsets' issues might be related to wifi.

Has happened at random. Sp far it has froze on a black screen twice, once while putting to charge and once at random. Soft reset fixes this issue whatever it may be.

Mostly is locked in the morning after charging all night, though not exclusively. Sometimes happens every day for a week, then doesn't happen for a few days. My wife's phone (white 920) has had one freeze in total over the same period, so I am wondering if it is a fault with my phone.
