Hard Reset

I'm still new to the windows phone experience, but i was wondering if I did a hard reset, if i would lose the apps that i have already paid for? If so..(bummer) if not, how does one go about restoring?

again forgive my ignorance I'm still a novice with the phone at 6 weeks in.

nope, you won't have to pay for them again, if you have the backup setting on and if you have your 3G or LTE sim card with data in your device. All your apps will start to automatically download

If it does not, just goto Windowsphone.com sign in and choose the option "purchased" and have the apps send to your phone to download.

Interested in the answer to this. My 920 turns itself off at least once a week (usually at night causing the alarm to not work).

You won't need to purchase again. I did a factory reset of my 8X over the weekend. Overall it does seem to hold a charge longer and I haven't suffered any reboots.

If you sign into Windowsphone.com you can queue any purchased apps to download.
