Graphic Issue in Photos menu

I hope someone can help here. I have started to get a graphics issue in the Photos menu, and so far only the Photos menu.

Have a look at the following screenshots and I am hoping someone can tell me whats happening. When I press Photos from the main screen it goes to the photos and all the headers are enlarged and all over the place, and when I try to scroll to the left or right the screen tears across leaving an artifact trail. Not seen this before on the phone which is a Nokia 820.

The actual menu still works fine, so if I press Camera Roll, Albums, Date or People it works fine.

If you have not tried a soft reset lets try that first. Do a soft reset by holding the volume down button and the power button until you feel the phone vibrate. If that doesn't work next step would be to restore the phone to factory. If that also doesn't work it's very likely you have faulty hardware.

I've done 3 or 4 soft resets but not the full factory reset. I was hoping to avoid that.

I reset the phone to factory and it seems to be ok now.

Taking a while to get my phone back to how I liked it, and for some reason it now wont download the latest firmware and I no longer have the new storage notification app.

Its on 1308 firmware version.
