Failed Update to Amber

Hi...

I tried to update my lumia 720 to Amber version through NSU for Retail. Downloaded the Amber update, and my phone entering the flash screen (red screen with big white Nokia logo). In around 40% of progression... my laptop gone bluescreen!!! I just had to restart my laptop...

Now my Lumia 720 is showing the same flash screen, red screen with big white Nokia logo but without progression bar... It cannot be shut off even using Vol. Down + Power button.

Tried to re-initiate the NSU update, but the phone cannot be detected by NSU.

Is this the end of my phone...? Officially bricked??

Or are there anything I can do before bringing my phone to Service Center?

Flash it with Nokia Care Suite, other than that, a service centre will have to flash it.

Its bricked it needs to be flashed via cable

have you tried Nokia Care Suite, or Pheonix, etc?? and is your mobile detectable with care suite??
