Can't connect! error when trying to download new maps

Hello,
I am planning a trip to Germany this weekend and tried to download some maps of the regions I'll pass through.
In the download screen it goes immediately to 10%, then the error comes.
Can't connect!
We can't reach the maps library at the moment. Make sure flight mode is turned off and check your mobile date or WiFi connection then try again
I tried other maps, same result...I researched the problem, people say they tried reinstalling the apps Here Maps & Here Drive with no positive result. But I still haven't found a solution.
I have the latest "Amber" update, and also the latest version of Here Maps installed.
Please, I would really appreciate a resolution to this extremely annoying problem.

That's strange... unfortunately I don't know what to do...

I think it was a network problem, maybe there is a compatibility issue with the proxy WiFi I have at work.
I managed to download all the maps I need over another WiFi.
