Odd question, and it may be more a bluetooth question in general than Windows specific. My Kia Optima one day started telling me "pairing failed" with my phone and I couldn't get it to pair again. So I deleted that phone from my car, thinking I could start from scratch. When I try and pair, the car displays the passcode needed. The phone, however, tries to connect like nothing had happened. I guess what I need to know is how to get my Lumia to forget the Kia, so I can try entering the passcode again and start over. Make sense?

It might be worth trying a soft reset in order to lose this data. Hold the volume down button and the power button down together until you feel a vibration or for about 10-15 seconds. The phone will restart and it'll act a bit like a factory reset but should keep your personal data. I hope this works for you!
