Access Point on Start-up

So my Lumia 1020 ran out of battery for the first time since I have owned it yesterday, no problem I will simply charge it.

Then on boot it loads the Access Point screen asking me to pick my network (EE already chosen which is correct)... not a problem but why has it done this? It does this whenever I turn the phone off and on again... bizarre, still works but none the less bizarre!

Anybody else experienced this?

Yeah I think its just normal. It also happens on my case which will let me choose betweek Globe Prepaid or Globe Postpaid (Globe is the network provider) When I try to use my sim from other network, it will then ask me to choose between Smart 3G or Smart 4G. Maybe when you have more than 1 saved apn this happens

Could be. Like I said not an issue as such because you just tap it and then done, all works just a bizarre thing to constantly ask for on start-up.
