For some time now (after Denim?), MSN Health and Fitness app no longer tracks my steps. (Very very infrequently, it works, for no reason that I can isolate).

I see on the Microsoft help that others have the same problem. So, I'm not the only one.

It was a nice feature. Would like to have it back.

I hope someone here knows how to fix it.

Frustrating.

I had the same exact problem with my 1520. I hard reset it and its been working without any problem ever since.

Rather drastic, I'd first uninstall & reinstall the app ... make sure you have Motion data under SETTINGS.
If not there, go to STORE >> Check For Updates ... or use SysAppPusher (I think that's still in the store)

Well, I uninstalled Waze. It appears to be working now.

Too bad it's Waze. Google stopped supporting it for Windows Phone. The chances of Google fixing it to help Microsoft are slim.
