920 4g and WiFi not working after windows 10 insider preview 10549 update

I had installed windows preview a while again, but never got any upgrade. yesterday i saw a msg on my phone that an update is available, so i updated it. it took more than an hour to upgrade. then i realised that it has upgraded to windows 10 insider preview 10549. but now i have no internet on my phone. no 4G, no WiFi. when i go to setting for cellular data, i cam not able to click on "Cellular data" and for WiFi, i am not able to turn on WiFi.
Even i tried to do a soft reset (power + volume down), but that opens some messaging app. even the regular shutdown and power up does not work properly.
What should i do now? please help.

1. Factory reset the phone in settings

2. if that don't work, use the Windows Device Recovery Tool

both methods will erase data

i backed up all my data, and did a Factory Reset from inside Settings.
Now its fine.
