why no UNLIMITED Photos Backup for Windows Phones by OneOdrive like Google Photos ??
i bought Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Dual SIM yesterday, and very much disappointed it does not have Google Photos, and even more worse thing is OneDrive has no FREE UNLIMITED Photos for Windows Phone users as well.

At least have Option to upload free unlimited photos and video for people who have Windows Mobile Phones in Original Full Quality to OneDrive. Or give us Google Photos uploading app.

has anyone made any Auto Upload Google Photos universal app for Mobile Windows 10 ??
i have past 10 years photos on Google which is Google Photos now. please help now switching to OneDrive is not ideal because it will be 5GB vs Unlimited High res on Google Photos.
my concern is Auto Upload Google Photos only on Lumia, i will view photos on my Nexus 7 2012.

Didn't your 640xl come with an offer for one year of office 365? If it did, then you would get 1TB of storage but for one year

However, ordinary onedrive at the moment has 15GB for storage and 15 more when you activate camera roll backup and 5 more if you recommend onedrive to 10 friends.

Eventually, unless something happens soon, your free onedrive storage will be reduced to 5GB and no referral or camera roll bonus. There have been a lot of complaints and right now it's more of wait and see.

Your phone has 13MP camera which I believe takes photos of about 4MB in size. It would take you about 1000 photos and a few videos to fill up the 5GB.

If I'm not wrong, Google drive has unlimited photo storage but low quality. At a certain threshold, your high quality photos will take space. and I don't think they include videos

For a few months, you'll be okay with the storage you have since I don't expect the average person to take a 1000 photos in a few days
