Anyone still not getting the 950 XL firmware update?

If I read the internet correctly, the firmware should have been 01078.00027.15506.020xx

I have a Lumia 950XL on AT&T USA. I am on the Insider Fast Ring with OS Build 10.0.10586.36 and today was prompted to restart my phone in the morning since SIM card settings have been changed. Restarted the phone and the firmware is now 01078.00017.15454.29005

That's the firmware the 950XL shipped with in the US.

I have unlocked 950XL from Microsoft Store. Reset phone yesterday and did not restore from backup. MICROSOFTMDG available and installing now. Live in San Francisco, use on AT&T.

Update: I am now on 01078.00027.15506.02005

I just found the update available this morning on AT&T. I am on .29 (non insider). Had to reboot for SIM card change after the update.

I got the notification and I am installing the firmware update now on my 950 XL. T-Mobile SIM. Upstate New York. I really haven't had any problems so I hope that this doesn't break anything.

Got the update on my 950 XL from B&H.

Before: 01078.00017.15452.59005
After: 01078.00027.15506.02005

Tried to take a picture to see if there was anything different in low light, and the phone froze and rebooted

I'm still getting the impression that the firmware update isn't being picked up for those who are on the Insider and at OS build .36. Not sure if this is concretely the case though.

Just to test for some of you guys, I opted out of insider and rebooted.
(Dual Sim 950XL U.S.A)
I did get a "Windows Phone" update from the store as soon as I rebooted. But still no firmware update available.
Currently 10586.36 with 15454 firmware

Not saying that Insider enrollment does\doesn't have an affect. But I tried it out both ways for ya.

I'm sure I'll get FW update soon regardless. No issues with phone anyways. Almost flawless for me. Other than a few lagging notifications for one of my Outlook accounts, I can't even find anything to complain about.
