Having one issue with an otherwise delightful 640 (running 10.0.10586.164)
When at work, the phone will not hold a connection with the office wifi. If you go to the notification center, press the wifi button off and then back on, it will connect and work fine. But after the screen goes dark and you wait a little bit, and turn the phone back on, it loses the connection.
Did some research and the issue also affects a brand new 640 still on stock Windows 8.1 - which means it's not an issue specific to Windows 10.
Used to have a similar problem with my 830 - but the final Denim update finally fixed it. Now it works. Also works on my 920 running Windows 10.0.10586.164.
Network is WPA2 ent with EAP method PEAP MS-CHAP v2.
