What would be a good replacement for my Lumia 520?

After the news that 512MB devices will not be getting the Windows 10 update, I realised that my Lumia 520 would not be able to keep up with the future features of Windows Phone. Right now I am looking for a replacement but I am not sure which phone to buy.

Lumia 640 LTE Is a very good phone I have hears, although I have always loved Nokia phones, and I grew even more fond of them by using my Lumia 520. So ideally I would like a Nokia Windows phone, but I am aware they are kind of hard to be found today. I am between Lumia 735 and Lumia 830, but their price is above the 640.

One other option I have thought of is waiting for new Windows Phones, but I am worried it will take too long for them to be released.

Frankly almost anything.
I believe the 830 is the best choice right now.

I don't think having the Microsoft name stamped on the 640 makes a difference. It feels like previous Lumia phones.

Unless you want to pay more for some extra features like the 830's superior camera or wireless charging on the 830/735, the 640 is a terrific choice, especially if its significantly cheaper.

You just need to be able to find a 640. At $30 they have been selling out everywhere I have looked and they are no longer in production. At the price point, it is well worth it. The next step in the 6xx line is the 650 but it will set you back $200 U.S. dollars and the only big gains, depending on you, is W10M out of the box and the "premium" feel.
