Why won't my Truecaller work properly?

Hi,
I am using Microsoft Lumia 640 XL. Whenever I turn the CALLER ID option in Truecaller to ON, it doesn't save it. When I close the app and reopen it, I could see it in OFF state. Apparently, because of this I am not able to see the names when I receive the calls from the people who are not in my contacts list.

There can be the reasons for this problem
1. You are having an older version of extras+info
2. You are having an older version of network+
3. TrueCaller is installed in the SD card
Solution :
Make sure that you are having the latest version of those apps mentioned above and TrueCaller is installed in phone memory

1. I checked if my phone had older version of network + component by clicking on the Update network + component option.
Result: I think I have the latest version since Store said "App installed."

2. I checked if my phone had older version of extras+info by clicking on the Update extras + info option.
Result: I think I have the latest version since Store said "App installed."

3. True caller is installed in phone memory.

Exact same problem. Everything updated. Installed Gesture as suggested in the truecaller FAQ. Didn't work.
Did the OP manage to get it to work? Or might someone have suggestion on what try next
