Any way to install already used apps from sd card?

Hello.
I have a Lumia 620, with apps and games in SD Card, in which I installed the Windows 10 preview. After trying the new features, I rolled back to WP 8.1. So, all data from the phone was deleted.
However, there are still apps and games with custom data (the ones I used before rolling back) in the sd card that the phone doenst detect now.
I already tried the "install local apps" option in the Store, and no apps are shown. The storage sense doesn't show any apps in the sd card, however, the space they occupied is shown under the tab "Others" in SD card.
Is there any way to reinstall the apps and games with my custom data (eg. games with the levels I have already passed) in my empty WP8.1 Denim?

Whenever the phone is erased, the key in order to access apps on the card is lost. So you'll have to start from scratch.

As far as I know, you cant use old apps from SD card on fresh new Windows. You will have to format your SD card, so save other data from it. After formatting the SD card, open Store, press ... , press my apps, choose which apps to download, or install them one by one. And that would be it.
