Have itunes installed want it to keep playing when other users login

[Windows Central Question]

I have purchased a new hp desktop with windows 10. I pay a monthly subscription to keep this up to date.
I have set it up with 2 users, both of which are me one personal and one business.
I have put iTunes on the personal user and it works perfectly, however, if I 'switch user' whilst playing music as soon as I login to business account I lose the music.
Any ideas suggestions greatly received.

I think any app that was open in one user account can't be open simultaneously in another user account
