I installed GDR3 update on my Samsung Ativ S, the installing process went very smooth and i did a rest to insure that every thing is fine. Unfortunately, since finished, i cant download any app from the store, even if the downloading process went fine it stop installing the app and i got the following message:
Attention required> Tap Here > There has been a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error code: 8007049a
i tried with different wifi connections and the result is the same.
Now i stuck with the system apps and cant download any apps from the store, even Samsung own apps
When i search for the error code, all results confirm reset but i did that twice and nothing happened
Any Suggestions???
UPDATES
Thanks a lot for all discussions
I solved the problem by (Flashing) the previous version of Windows OS Ver. 8.0.10327.77 following the flashing guide here: Samsung ATIV S I8750 Rom flashing! - xda-developers
Now every thing is OK and i have no issues downloading apps from the store
here are some photos from the process and captures from my mobile

Reason: SOLVED
make sure Wi-Fi is not set to Proxy ( don't know why it would be) and language and region is correct, you know all the settings that should be set are on and correct.

Iam sure that everything is okay, I changed language and region many times and even shared connection data from my other phone to ensure that every thing is okay. still no luck
Same thing happened to me, I had to do a hard reset due to storage management strange behaviour after GDR3 described here. At some point I gave up and did a hard reset without restoring settings and apps and everything went ok. I previously had some screenshots with my apps installed so I knew what to install by hand.
I guess factory reset and get screen shots of all your apps and email them to yourself. Some don't download and if you can't remember everyone you had...
I have 150+ and I can't remember them all.
After i made a hard reset, restore nothing, set as a new phone: still have the same problem with the error 8007049a
I also tried to re install apps using my pc store web site but getting the following message: We can't send apps to your phone right now. Please try again later
I did every thing possible; connect to more than 5 different wife hotspots, turn location off and on, change region, connect to phone data, format memory card even remove it, downloading from windows store pc site, turn off find my phone.. No success, still stuck on the error 8007049a
You could try hard reset, then skip restore settings and apps and choose Start fresh with your phone. Of course you'll loose some settings but at least you'll be able to install apps again. At least this solution worked for me.

I did exactly as you said.. I even changed my email.address to ensure every thing is safe. Nothing happened.. And the search about the problem on Google not help very much..
Actually changing email could be a problem, your phone is associated with that account. Another thing that comes to mind, check date and time, set il manually. Check region, language and format and eventually try to install a new app (any app that you didn't previously had on your phone). See if that helps.
Check your cookies in IE. It defaults to block after GDR3. I had that happen in Windows Phone 7. Change to accept all cookies or Block Some in Internet Explorer. I hope that helps.
Try to install new keyboard. Once the process is completed, it will tell you about an update. Install this and everything should be fine.
Hope it helps and do follow up.
