Windows 10 updates

Looking under Windows Updates in Windows 10 on my daughter's SP4, I don't see the 'go' button. There are updates found, including a firmware update, but I can't get them to start downloading. They all just say pending download. Any suggestions?

Re: Windows 10 updates

There's also the possibility that the updates are waiting for a reboot first if the troubleshooter doesn't solve it.

Plug into power, large updates doesn't like running on battery power.

Reboot your computer, keeping it plugged in, look again under updates after the reboot, it should start moving on its own.

Thanks for the the recommendations, nothing worked. I'm taking into the MS store today to their troubleshooting desk.
