I was resetting my Surface Pro 3 to factory settings and something went wrong, can I get some guidance?

Was resetting my Surface Pro 3 to factory setting and something went wrong

"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation"............................... When I hit OK... it starts to reboot and goes back to this screen... any idea??????
