Surface Pro 4 left speaker no sound

So, I got the Surface Pro 4 yesterday and I was busy installing all the applications and only until today that I actually got to use it normally. I was using it to browse the web then I watched a YouTube video and noticed that the speakers sound rather odd. So, I put my ears to the left speaker and there was no sound at all compared to the right speaker. Then I confirmed that the left speaker is faulty through the Windows sound test.

This is most likely a hardware fault and I'll swap a new one in the store tomorrow. Installed all the latest updates. Anyone has faced this problem again.

I just got my Surface Pro 4 today (after waiting almost a month for it to ship) and it also has no sound. It also won't play ANY videos on YouTube and the virtual keyboard doesn't automatically open. Not to mention that it runs so hot that you cannot comfortably hold it. I think I am just going to send it back and get my money back. :unhappy:
