How to get photos to upload on ATT locker auto

I have my att locker set up to upload photos on wifi automatically. How come it doesnt? It is still on in the backgroundtasks as well. Do i have ot leave the app on my screen to have it upload?

Can it not upload in the background?

IM not sure who thought it would be great not to allow full res uploads to skydrive, but att locker doesnt seem to work properly. Unless im doing it wrong, anybody know?

I believe others said that the ATT Locker app had to remain active on your screen for this to work. I don't use the app personally.
