Narrator
Whenever I try to use the narrator on my Lumia 625 (running wp 8.1), I get a messaging saying that I need to set the language on my phone to English (United Kingdom) in both speech settings and language settings. I've checked and they are both set correctly, as well as the region settings. I've tried a factory reset but this has not helped.
