I just recently started a new job and my employer is going to give me a phone. One of the options is a Nokia Lumia 928 (Verizon is the carrier they use) and has given me the option to port my number to the new phone.

My question is besides the obvious differences (cdma vs gsm) is there anything else I should be aware of? Is it worth parting ways with my 920?

Thanks

928 is thinner and lighter and has a xenon flash. In addition the 928 has an AMOLED display so you get deep blacks and saturated colors.

I would pick the 928 over the 920 if I had the choice just because of the weight, screen and flash.

I had the 920 for a week before switching to Verizon and the 928. I prefer the 928 also. It is lighter and not as thick, and I like the screen better.

I agree with the other guys, but since the two phones are so much alike, probably the biggest question is whether one carrier or the other provides better coverage in your area. If Verizon's coverage meets your needs, I'd go with the 928. If ATT's is enough better to make a difference to you, then stay with the 920. Either way, you're a winner in my book.
