backup failed

ok i have some problem here.

i have a lumia 720 verry nice Phone . but my question is about backup in wp8.
i wanted to backup my things and while it started it stops after like 6 % orso and give me an error0x80072f8f. so i go to advanced and try to remove stuff from my cloud but even that dont work and it gives the same error .
what shouldi do so that i can make a normal backup now ?

If you have not solved this by now then here is a possible solution. Check the time and date on your phone are correct and set your lock screen image to one that came with your phone. I had a friend have a back up issue and after a long tediuos internet search it turned out to be the lock screen image.

yeah just found out something was wrong with an app and it was idd the time that was not correct.
