Anybody's live tiles are not updating recently?

I noticed today that my WPCentral tile doesn't update to the most recent news, then I checked my weather app didn't update since yesterday. Even my Cal still shows yesterday's date.

Before anything, I always keep the background task in check.
I suspect the latest FB app update did this. But I'm going to wait a day before I uninstall the app just to make sure.
Uninstalling the culprit app usually did the trick.

This happened on my old HD7 from time to time, but this is the first time for my Lumia 925.

Very frustrating when it happens, because it really defeats the purpose of WP main feature.

Need to turn off background tasks...every 30 minutes WP checks for updates and tries to download as much info as possible in 30 seconds or so. Depending on your data speed it can only download so much information....best is to turn off all the non-essential background tasks and your tiles should update properly.
