10049 upgrade problem

I have a problem when trying to upgrade my old Acer Aspire 1 to 10049. After multiple tries I though I got it to upgrade. It downloaded, installed, and when it rebooted during install it has that installing screen. The problem is that 10041 shows as the build on the screen. When I go to launch IE there is a tab that tell me to try Project Spartan by using the globe in the taskbar. Of course there is no globe in the taskbar. I looked through the start menu and did not see it there. Anyone have this issue?

Ctrl+R -> type winver. It the build number still shows 10041 then 10049 didn't install successfully.

It still shows 10041. I think I will wait for the next release to be an iso. I have a lot more luck with those than the update process in windows. I think that is still a little buggy. At least for the slow Aspire 1.
