14951 startup error - LogiLDAdll - any ideas?

Updated yesterday to 14951
- update went well, no errors, no issues.

On startup now I get an error message - problem starting c:\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll. Specified module cannot be found.

Not sure what this is or what it applies to - does not seem to affect anything so far. Anyone know?
