Would love to update my Lumia 925 to WP8.1 update 2, but 1) I'v
e only got Cyan, not Denim, with no clear way to update to Denim, and 2) no uSD card. I've seen posts on how to get past the 'no uSD card', but I'm still blocked by Cyan.

Loading 10 and reverting back to 8.1 got me Denim on the 810.
