925 worthy upgrade to 521?

My wife has a Lumia 521 that she had essentially run into the ground. She is not the most tech savvy person in the world. Uses her phone mostly for web browsing and taking photos and videos of our children but it's painfully slow and has only 512 RAM. Also, I've wanted her to get a phone with a better camera for a long time because her pictures often turn out very poor on the 521. I'd get her a 640 when it comes out, however, she insists that 5 inches is too big for her. Definitely wants to stay on Windows Phone. I'm thinking that a 925 may be the answer for her needs, however it's over 2 years old now. Are they're any sub-5 inch Lumias that aren't completely low end in terms of imaging or is the 925 the best bet?

It is a great upgrade from the 521.
That's how I progressed after moving to the Windows phone.
Still using my 925 today.

Also the 735 is another sub 5 inch device that's very popular.

My sister upgraded to the 925 from the 521 late last year. Hasn't looked back.

I personally use a 920, and it's a fine phone.

If you don't care about the camera and creature-comfort features like NFC or wireless charging though, the 635 is worth consideration.

Any 9 series Lumias will suit her fine. 4.5", haac mics, way better cameras with ois, glance screens, better designs and they're pretty inexpensive now.

Or a 735 may be? It has a nice front facing camera, plus is a newer phone
