So you called CS and they said no to the Device Payment Plan? They said you can only do it in the store?

So to answer my own question in case anyone else was wondering, I called CS and they said the Device Payment Plan must be done in the store. I have no idea why you can't do it on the phone. It seems silly because she said she looked at my account and already pre-qualified me for it for when I go to the store. Um ok.

Also asked if I could order the 928 yet and she said not yet, as I figured.

Called my local one and the lady (who claimed she is a Windows fan.. ha) said they'd be in stock and she isn't expecting to sell out. Of course, every time they say that, what they really mean is they have 2 of them and unfortunately 2 people beat me to it.

I haven't been following this thread, but has anyone confirmed when we'll be able to order this phone online? I'd like to avoid the hassle of a MIR and typically when you order online, the rebate is automatically applied. If I order it tomorrow morning (or today or whenever), will it be in my hands Friday?
