A couple of annoying issues I've noticed

I've had my 1020 now for about 3 month and I've noticed some repeating issues.

• First the phone tends to lock up and restart quite a bit. It's almost like it's overheating and restarting, I've had this happen with 8, 8.1 and the new update, not sure what is causing this.
• 2nd upon restarting the phone the battery charge indicator will show the phone is half charged even through prior to restarting the phone was at 100%. A simple restart, again, will show the correct battery level.
• 3rd, and I don't know if this is due to the most recent gdr1 update, but every morning my phone shows that there are not wifi signals available at all and requires a restart to allow me to connect to any wifi networks

Has anyone else had any of these issue?

If this has been happening since when you were still on WP8, then it's not software or firmware issue. Your phone might have hardware malfunctions. Have it checked.

I haven't experienced any of these issues with my 1020. I have been using it for a year.

I finally called ATT Saturday and they are sending me another phone . Good thing, today It has locked up and restarted 13 times.

I have black patches on the screen that's noticeable in the dark. When I learned it's a common thing on amoled screens, I wasn't bothered anymore.
