aac file (itune) not working

i got my 520 on 10th april. and i tried to play some aac file which i converted from alac using itunes. but the the phone is not able play. why is these happening. please help.

The most likely reason is that it's still DRM protected so the 520 won't be able to play it. The 520 can play many different audio formats as long as they are DRM free.

@WorzelGummage no i checked in 'kind' category its not drm protected its also in .m4a not .m4b. i converted them from flac-alac-aac.
