Add songs to phone's music library from third party apps (Other than Nokia Music)

Hello there guys!
I wanted to ask a question about WP8. If you download music via an application (such as Free Music Downloader), do the downloaded songs get added to the library?
It is an issue for me in WP7. I hope MS has provided such access to the Music Library

PS. I know Nokia Music can do it, but my question refers to other apps in the marketplace.

Uc browser can download any song from any site and most of the videos too....and there r many applications to do the same. And u can see the songs in music hub

You can download wptorrent and torrent music files right to your player ( although I recommend buying albums) and there's another app calle mp3 to library that does exactly what it says.

how do u DL music in the torrent app I can't figure it out

Go to the website in internet explorer and click get torrent and it will redirect you to the app just like it works on your computer

MPATool can add dummy files , so it's true that developers can do that.
