after downloading windows 10 my duplicate displays wont stop flickering on and off

my secondary monitor is actually a 32in APEX HD T.V. that has VGA port also for computor ... before windows 10 it worked great on windows 7 i need help on how to fix issue someone please help my laptop is a HP2000-314 NR with AMD Radeon HD 6320 graphics...already tried the task manager and going in safe mode to uncheck windows error reporting service and the other one problem report and solution didnt work already downloaded countless display drivers and monitor programs none have worked .....on settings on display setting when i try to detect my secondary monitor it doesnt detect it it shows it there right next to built in monitor and lets my duplicate it displays lets me basiclly do everything just at a cost of a flickering on and off multi-display mode which i love to use very often to watch movies and just have a nice wallpaper on my t.v. ...please help
