Alcatel idol 4s windows10 phone top speaker malfunctioning

From past few days all of a sudden, my phone (top one) speaker clarity came down drastically with some noise. I tried latest windows 10 update but even then problem still exists. Support b2x app getting crashed unexpectedly while testing hardware. Can anyone suggest solution for this problem?
