Amazon and eBay apps not working

I have a Lumia 650 and for some reason these apps won't work. Whenever I click the search icon I get a black screen. Anybody else have this problem?

What seems to have fixed this on my phone is to go to Settings -> System -> Display, and then reduce the size of text, apps,....then apply and restart. Mine was set at max. Reduced it to a little over half way (says 400% Recommended), and apps seems to be working now.

Why report?

They're not UWP apps so are not really designed for W10, so having problems like that are not really surprising.

Always good to report these kinds of things in Feedback app. We can sometimes do a platform level mitigation, or if the app is still being serviced we may be able to ask the app maker to update if we have lots of feedback on it from Insiders.
