Angled burn on 820

While I had black theme on my 820 I noticed a mikes burns which appear like a black irregular area on screen

Do I have to change my screen as it is unnoticeable when using the the phone

What causes these ?
I have never used white themes

Can you provide a photo?
I have some weird uneven blacks when viewed in dark (for example, when I was going to sleep), however my Lumia 800 also has the same issue, so I don't think its a defective unit.

Have you thoroughly cleaned the screen? I use spectacle lens cleaner with a micro-fibre cloth to remove all traces of oils which come from using your fingers on the touch screen.

This is present also in my L820...this means this is not a problem.
