Any news on the VZW 2.5 update?

Now that Sprint has lept ahead of everyone, is there any news about the Verizon 2.5 update that had been mentioned on the front page here awhile back?

If there is not going to be a new 2.5 update from VZW, then does anyone know of which custom ROM out there will work with VZ Nav? So far the ones I have tried will not work with VZ Nav, and no chefs at PPC Geeks seem to reply back. And the ones that did, did not care about VZ Nav. Yet I see Sprint Nav mentioned all the time. What gives? So it basically means for me now, if I want VZ Nav to work, I am stuck with the OEM ROM.

That sucks Rocky I feel your pain I wish I could help you with this one but I just don't have any answers this time. Lets hope Verizon hurries up and puts out an update.

Anyone hear anything yet about this update to 6.5.3 and Sense 2.5? It has been over a month (or 2?) since the post on the main page here.
