Any way to remote control Lumia 1520 via USB to PC

I drop my Lumia 1520 and the screen cracked and no longer turns on or is responsive to touch. The phone still works - i hear various email & text notifications. Is there any utility available that will allow me to connect to my pc via USB and remote control the phone. It will have to install on the PC with no need to validate the install on the phone because I can't use the screen to touch "OK", etc
